- New Product Development : Feasibility Study, Understand Customer Requirement & Specification,Process Flow PFMEA & Control Plan, setting standards for manufacturing process,PPAP,Cutting tool selection for gears shafts cam shafts .

- Costing : Cycle Time Estimation For Transmission & Engine Components/ Assemblies like Gears, Shafts,Cam Shafts

- Process Control : Process Establishment, Machine Trials and Establishment, Process Changes, Drawing Change & Control, Process Audit, PAP updation.

- Process Improvement: Conduct Process Improvement study, Establishing process capability on critical parameter, Cutting tool life improvement, Setup time reduction, Process Elimination/ Reduction
