Manager - Process - EPC (20-25 yrs)
Manager Process :
1. Resource management for all projects within Process & HSE discipline
2. Responsible for proposal activities within Process & HSE discipline
3. Team competency measurement, improvement plans/implementation & feedback measurement
4. Team performance measurement & evaluation
5. Responsible for training, grooming & mentoring team
6. Ensuring productivity & KPI targets are planned, monitored & achieved
7. Implementation of company quality systems within discipline
8. Work as SME on critical process areas on projects
9. Responsible for communication with Client, PMC, Vendors on critical areas
Eligibility :
1. 20 + year experience on EPC or EPCM projects in refinery, petrochemicals, fertilizers plants
2. Worked on EPC projects for min 5 years
3. Having experience of leading Process team (min 20 resources) for 2 years
4. BE-Chemical
