Manager - Process Safety - Manufacturing (10-15 yrs)
Position: Manager-Process Safety (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)
Role:
- Will work on Process Safety across the 7 Plants of the Company across India
- Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining Process Safety Management Performance Standards
- Responsible for managing process hazards per OSHA standards
- Performing Process Hazards Analyses (PHA), auditing and training
- To carry out HAZOP/SIL/QRA/Area Classification study and implementation of study outcome in plants
- Track and report process safety leading and lagging indicators, key process safety metrics, action plans and priority recommendations
- Identify process safety improvement opportunities through interaction with all process safety stakeholders
- Develop, review, update and implement process safety-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines as needed
- Awareness of environment laws and driving sustainability in plants
- Provide expert advice on process related change management requests where safety is involved
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in relevant field
- Qualification: BTech in Chemical Engineering with 10 years of experience in Chemical industries like Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Fine Chemicals, API, Solvent based Industries and other hazardous plants
- Process Safety Management course qualified shall be an added advantage.
- Good Communication Skills
