Manager - Procurement - Construction Industry (10-14 yrs)
Profile : Procurement Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Procure to Pay (P2P) process execution with continuous focus on efficiency and reliability improvement.
2. Handling and managing all Project RFQs, Commercial evaluations, PO awards, and PO administration to final delivery and PO closeout.
3. New Vendor Identification, evaluation, development, and onboarding of new vendors to the system.
4. Continuous improvement and rating of existing vendors
5. Procurement of all outsourced machined and fabricated components/ equipment/ items as per production need.
6. Procurement of Raw material and Bought out Items
7. Preparation of Cost comparison Sheets and analyse and decide on T1, L1 basis.
8. Cost differentiation between NPD to serial procurement.
9. Procurement of all CAPEX, OPEX and consumables items for the production plant as required.
10. Handling all service providers related to production plant and equipment and component finishing.
11. Identify cost reduction opportunities to achieve financial goals.
12. Source multiple vendors and negotiate for the best purchase in terms of brand, price, quality, terms, and delivery options.
13. Arrangement of Transportation for smooth movement of Material.
14. Evaluate vendor performance on a continuous basis.
15. Ensuring that the procured items match the QC & Store departments, Quality check process and rejected items are duly handled without delay.
16. Timely clearance of Vendor bills and ensure payment per due date.
17. Provide budgeting to Finance team with accurate forecasting of payable
18. Provide MIS to management as per formats and requirement.

- 10-14 yrs of experience and skills in Purchase management, good knowledge of GST and related laws.
- Working knowledge in SAP B1
- Good knowledge of excel and relate softwares
- People Management Skills

- Energetic & Proactive & good in interpersonal skills
