Manager - Product Engineering & Development (6-9 yrs)
- Drawing modifications, Design/modification of CAD drawings on SolidWorks
- Product validation and process creation plus validation. Make & approve changes to SOPs for production
- Handle projects from initial concept based on customer/production requirement till implementation
- Reading and understanding of engineering drawings. Drawing corrections, improvement explaining to vendor
- As a part of continuous development, maintain and work on improvement point list
- Ensuring the safe and controlled testing of Robots. Testing of new features and parts on vehicle & report creations.
- For the deployment of new features need to go to customer end for testing and implementations
- Making RCAs and giving preventive solutions for recurring issues
- Support production, quality and SCM in technical issues/specifications
- Experience in DFM and Design for assembly to analyze new products before inducting into production.
Should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics/Electronics
- Work experience of at least 6-7 years in an EV manufacturer or motor manufacturer
- Should have experience in production engineering/product development
- Must have worked on SolidWorks.
