Job Summary :
- Planning, organizing and directing the manufacturing and maintenance process.
- Ensuring high productivity through efficient operations to increase sweating of assets.
Candidate qualification should be :
- B.tech or Diploma in Ceramic
- Graduation degree preferred
Experience :
- 12 yrs to 15 yrs of experience as Production/ Quality Control/ Maintenance mandatory
- Candidate Should be from Refractory Manufacturing Background

- Leveraging the resources to minimize operational and maintenance cost through innovative ideas and adopting best practices.
- Ensure attainment of business objectives and production schedules maintaining/improving product quality that will exceed our customers- expectations.
- Ensure operation within assigned budget while maintaining the volume.
- Manage large number of teams and keep them energized and motivated.
- Should able to generate multiple solutions of problem in order to troubleshoot them effectively.
- Should possess strong leadership skills and be able to take decision independently.
- Should be good in planning & organizing.
- Should have Strong analytical skills in order to visualize patterns not ordinarily observed.
