Manager - Production - Feed Mill Operation (5-14 yrs)
We are hiring for the position of PRODUCTION MANAGER with a Diversified Group for West Africa.
Experience Required : 5 yrs To 14 yrs
Industry Preference: Animal Feed Mill (AQUA FEED)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for the safe, cost effective and efficient production of the feed mill operation
- Monitors cost metrics for the feed mill to measure performance
- Meets all weekly, monthly and annual reporting requirements
- Develops and ensures compliance with standard operating procedures
- Monitors overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
- Ensures product quality meets established quality standards
- Manage the performance of hourly and salaried operations personnel
- Provide leadership and training to staff to accomplish the company goals and objectives
