Here's what you- ll do every day:

- Manage the production process for Baked goods (Cookies and Cakes) and Indian Sweets - including managing and coordinating shift work

- Create production plans for the month and week - based on sales projections

- Ensure that production targets are met as per plan

- Ensure that Production SOPs and quality SLAs are followed exactly as defined

- Collaborate with procurement as per production plans

- Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintain a safe production environment

- Ensure a fair workplace environment for all production floor staff, assigning tasks as per person's abilities

- Ensure 100% FSSAI compliance on the production floor - w.r.t compliance calendar being implemented in coordination with the Quality Assurance team

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in Food Production in a start-up environment

- Experience of leading a food production shift independently in a large organization or leading a small production operations independently

- Experience with managing 5-10 member teams

- Good knowledge of GMP and FSSAI Compliance requirements. HACCP knowledge is good to have

- Knowledge of machineries like Ovens / MAP Sealers / Pasteurisers - is good to have

- Education - B.Sc / M.Sc. / B.Tech in Food Technology
