Manager Production - Food Industry (7-10 yrs)
Educational Qualification - Any UG degree
Age - 32 years and above
Experience - Min. 7 years
Industry (if any Specification) - Preferably Experience in Manufacturing Food Industry
In Production and Planning
Knowledge in
1. Production, Planning And Control
2- Maintaining and developing relationships with Sales team
3 . Managing Branch Operation, interactiong with Production team and Sales team
4- Ensuring implimentation of Quality
5- Ensuring despatch in line with the customers requiremt
6- Stock checking and maintaining
7- Gathering market and customer information
8- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers
9- Checking the quantities of goods on stock
10- Reviewing sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
11- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
12- Attending meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
13- Computer Knowledge like ERP and / or MS Office must
