Position : Production Manager Frozen Industry (Ready to Eat & Ready to cook)

Location : Raipur, Chattisgarh

Qualification : Diploma Btech BE

Experience : 5-15 Years

Salary : 06-10 LPA

Job Profile :

1. Main Purpose of This Job :

- To plan, organize and control production in an organization to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard.

2. Critical Outcomes/Key Outputs/Key Performance Indicators :

Production Output :

1. Provide input to production schedule for the job

2. Implement and control the production schedule

3. Review and adjust the schedule where needed

4. Determine the human resources required

5. Determine the material resources required

6. Manage human and material resources to meet production targets

7. Operating Procedures and Processes

8. Provide input on equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement

9. Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations

10. Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to

11. Determine and implement improvements to the production process

SHEQ :

1. Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures

2. Set product quality standards

3. Monitor quality standards of products

4. Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives

5. Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems

Administration :

6. Prepare and maintain production reports

7. SAP Data Management

Human Resource Management :

1. Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement

2. Recommend learning to ensure competence and further development

3. Ensure training and development in accordance with Departmental Skills Plan

4. Oversee Disciplinary processes in accordance with Company Policy, BCEA & LRA

Cost Control :

1. Assist with estimation of production costs

2. Assist with production budgets

3. Manage production budgets

4. Implement agreed cost control programs

5. Facilitate efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management
