Key Duties And Responsibilities :

- To direct and control the manufacturing processes to meet agreed production targets within planned levels of cost and product quality.

- Ensure that the appropriate GMP practices are implemented throughout the factory to ensure that it routinely passes all local and international regulatory audits with respect to Quality, Safety, Health and Environment Protection.

- Ensure that all levels of staff are recruited, developed and motivated to maintain and improve departmental and overall productivity performance.

- Develop and manage budgeting and budget execution of factory expenses both opex & capex.

- Planning, directing, and coordinating the manufacturing of products in compliance with company goals and objectives.

- Planning & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant Equipment's.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills :

Qualification : B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Job Specific Skills :

- At least 12 - 15 years manufacturing experience in a Pharma manufacturing environment.

- Should have worked with ERP systems and have expertise in using Computers.

- Good understanding of Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry with extensive WHO GMP operating experience.

- Working knowledge of Product Costing, Cost Control Principles and Cost reduction measures

- Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical production (Capsules, Tablets, Liquids & Ointments) and machinery technology.
