Manager - Production Planning & Control (3-7 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Planning productions as per the sales plan.
- Prepare a budget forecast.
- Manage and coordinate raw materials and consumables.
- Resource and manpower handling.
- Escalating any production issues.
- Ensuring 5s and Kaizen activities on the shop floor.
- Do root cause analysis for any production issues.
- Maintain documentation for all processes.
- Ensuring timely deliveries of products.
- Handling manpower issues and day to day plant operational challenges.
- Rejection/quality control and timely monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Operations.
- Minimum 3 to 7 years of industrial experience having worked in similar role with similar responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical, excellent problem-solving skills
- Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite and other related software.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and work independently, prioritizing, and delegating work.
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and perform escalations.
- Good team-player.
- Excellent networking and time management skills.
