Manager - Production Planning Control - Auto Component (8-12 yrs)
- The Group specializes in precision machining of components for the automobile industry (2 and 4 wheelers). With plants across three major metros in India and a growing list of customers and product.
- The group of engineering companies specializing in the design and manufacture of precision-machined auto components and assemblies since 1989. With production facilities in Bangalore& Pune and warehouses in other parts of the country.
- They have a diverse product list that includes transmission assemblies for 4-wheelers, under bracket assemblies for 2-wheelers, aircraft components and other precision-machined components.
Job role :
- Overall responsible for production planning and execution, Process and products knowledge, Manpower handling, To achieve targeted productivity and output,
- Good troubleshooting skill, Good planner, Follow CSR, PM of the machines, Tooling knowledge, OEE Calculation, Load distribution, sustain to customer requirements.Responsible for RM and Logistics planning
- Responsible for overall inventory of the company Responsible for daily running of the shop floor which includes manpower planning, RM planning To coordinate with maintenance function for machine up keep.
Qualification :
- B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical) or B.E / B.Tech (Industrial Production)
- Candidate from Auto / Auto component / Auto ancillary sectors would be preferred.
