Manager - Production - Plastic Injection Moulding (10-22 yrs)
Daily Production Management
- Production as per plan for FG, Subassy and Child parts as per plan
- Coordination with PPC team for daily production plan adherence to meet 100% on time delivery
- Ensure adherence to Quality parameters across all shops
- Ensure compliance on shop floor w.r.t. various standards (Eg IATF/ISO14001/45001, IR/PR, EHS etc.)
- Closure of all process audit points (internal/External)
- Ensure availability of Manpower as per plan
- DWM adherence & Gemba Round for all Mfg Department
- Analysis of internal Quality issues wrt manufacturing and timely closure of QPR
- Support HVPT event
- Initial Supply Manufacturing Control after SOP
- Supports in Assembly of parts for trials / events, wrt new products
Compliance and Efficiency improvement
- Analysis for downtime and improvement
- Ensure for Adherence to production rules on shop floor by team
- Daily Health Check review and action for the process thru DHC member
Improvement initiatives
- Productivity improvement in all shops as per Group norms
- Implementation of Domain Strategy wrt manufacturing
- Ensure standardized work documents as per SOP for Line balancing
- Kanban implementation
Team management/ People development
- Provide support in recruitment, training and development of mfg team
- New DOJO set up, Periodic upgradation and regular maintenance
- Skill upgradation including Test and Certification/Qualification
