Manager - Production - Textiles (6-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Create Master Production Schedule
- Inventory Management - Maintain Raw Material Planning, Minimum Inventory Level, Indent, Raw Material consumption for production, Wastage
- Validate Capacity Load
- Lead the production planning on a daily basis
- Review and monitor the production team
- Job / Machine Allocation
- Ensure actual production is same as daily targeted plan
- Allocate resources such as raw materials and manpower
- Follow up on order plan shared
- Recruit floor staff and other supervisors
- Take full responsibility of the plant production from start to end every day
- Run the plant in efficient manner and send management reports on daily basis
- Monitor and control cost as per BOM
- Plan capacity utilization and optimize the working of the plant
- Packaging and Dispatch
- Reporting / MIS
