Manager - Project Administration (12-15 yrs)
Job description :
- Responsible for Project administration at the Project Sites in Pan India. Address the needs of the Projects team.
- Able to connect with the local community, liaise with key stakeholders to avoid potential issues
- Ensure cost control mechanisms are in place to optimize cost on transportation, accommodation, etc.
- Manage statutory compliances, manpower needs & communication needs such as SIM cards.
- Work closely with HR, SCM, IT & other stakeholders to manage the project needs.
- Be responsible for managing & Identifying guest house, ware house; issue Identity cards & Business cards for project team.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed institute along with Masters is desirable -
- At least 12- 15 years of successful and progressively responsible Project Administration., preferably from Renewable Energy or EPC industry.
- Minimum of five(5) years of manager experience or its position equivalent
- Creates positive working relationship with Co-workers, Sub-contractors, Vendors and others
- Ability to multi task and work effectively;
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently
- High proficiency in use of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point & MS Office) - Communicates effectively and professional both verbally and in writing
