Manager - Project - Electrical (10-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- Work at Project Site overseas.
- Manage the team of Supervisors and Workers at site for work execution - Installation, Commissioning and Validation.
- Before site deployment collate all the construction drawings related to HVAC, Electrical, Clean Rooms, Equipment- s, Utility, etc.
- Understand and Plan the sequence of operations with the supervisors.
- Verify all the coordination drawings and SOP of installations for all items in the list to be installed.
- Make a commissioning plan for all the systems at site.
- Develop and Maintain a work schedule based on work to be done and manpower at site for all systems.
- Prepare Daily site progress report and submit the same to Project Head at head office.
- Note, Report and Resolve drawing and working inconsistencies at site and get them corrected on drawings from the HO design team.
- Monitor the quality of work being done by various teams and report to supervisors on inconsistencies and take corrective action.
- Discuss with customer project manager and take regular approvals on documents / drawings for all installations, commissioning and validations.
- Control material use at site as per site requirements along with storekeeper.
- Control day to day workers and supervisor grievance and resolve them in coordination with project leader at HO.
- Control and adhere to safety requirements of site work and report inconsistencies.
- Conduct daily startup meetings with supervisors for days work.
- Report all client requirements which are not within scope to the Project Leader at HO to manage with client.
- Record and maintain all MOM (Minutes of Meeting) at site.
