Manager - Project Management (5-10 yrs)
Post: Manager - Projects
I. Basic Requirements:
i. Qualification: BE in Electronics or Mechanical.
ii. Experience: Min Five Years.
iii. Basic Location: Pan India.
iv. Excellent verbal and written communication.
v. Well versed with MS- Office.
vi. Ability to adjust and work with teams.
vii. Willingness to travel and work with customers.
II. Additional Requirements:
i. Primary and secondary market research; generating sales leads; identifying prospective clients local & exports. Approving company products in International OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) markets.
ii. Competitive analysis of clients' company and tracking their performance against competition and industry as a whole.
iii. Executing long term business directions for the defined projects to ensure maximum profitability in line with order processing.
iv. Managing end-to-end client relationship, pitching, negotiation, contract building, billing / invoicing and payments.
vii. Inventory forecasting to maintain a smooth flow of demand and supply.
viii. The candidate should ensure client satisfaction and be able to identify new opportunities to increase sales.
ix. Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues techno-commercial issues at different customers.
