Manager - Project Planning & Control (12-15 yrs)
Qualifiaction : B.E / B.Tech - Mechanical / Production
key Responsibilities :
- Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectation
- Data analysis and decision making to support raw material supply and finished goods demand.
- Create production schedule and prioritizes job-orders for production optimization.
- Prepare and analyse the production schedule, deviance and other reports as required.
- Enhance efficiencies and process improvements with Cost and Budgetary Controls
- Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation.
- Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory.
- Interaction with shop floor management on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies or additional information as requested from Manufacturing, Customer Service and Accounting.
Skills :
- Exposure of working in a similar role in Consumer Durable / Manufacturing Industries is preferable
- Understanding of SAP
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
