Looking for B TECH / BE from Reputed Institutes (Mandatory) :

Project Management

- Compile engineering details of greenfield projects in coordination with engineering consultant

-  Provide inputs for design/selection of equipment, verification of design/specifications

-  Assist Sr. Manager in the procurement activity by identification of vendors, obtaining quotations, preparation of technical as well as commercial comparisons and evaluation

- Investigate vendors to ensure quality of delivered equipment, delivery of equipment and vendors payments in time

- Adhere to finalized scheme/ design and minimize rework in execution

- Assist in obtaining statutory clearances as per requirement

- Ensure compliance to safety and EHS guidelines while execution of the projects.

- Initiate Risk assessment, HAZOP/ FMEA study

-  Ensure compliance to quality system, completion/ Updation of documents/ drawings while execution

- Coordinate closely with vendors, contractors and other stake holders to ensure compliance to timelines and RFT in project commissioning Engineering Support to Plants

- Assist the Sr. Manager in providing support to plants and other functions for improvements, solving problems and implementing engineering standards

- Provide engineering expertise to plants for improvements and problem solving Engineering Standards

- Assist in preparation, technical review and finalization of engineering standards

- Assist in implementation of engineering standards across plants 


Departmental Administration : 

-  Perform assigned capital expenditure projects, adhere to timelines and minimize budget over-run

-  Assist in preparation of overhead budget

-  Coordinate with other team members to resolve all interfacing related issues

People Management :

- Plan goals, review and provide feedback to subordinates

-  Conduct performance appraisals for subordinates and recommend team members for promotion

-  Provide training opportunities to subordinates Adhere to time schedule and budget for the assigned projects

- Compliance to engineering standards, statutory requirements as well as quality and EHS system requirements

- Accuracy and completeness of documentation related to purchase transactions and projects executed

- Ensure RFT and minimum rework in execution

Scope of Work :

a) Financial Scope (Range of financial spend): - New Projects - INR 10 - 500 Cr

b) People Management Scope (Range of no. of Direct/ Indirect Reports): - Direct - 1-2

c) Geography Coverage (Country-wide/ State-wide / Area-wide) - India | Support to IBU Units

d) Corporate Coverage (Company-wide / Business Unit or Function-wide / Sub-function-wide / Other): - Function-wide - Supply Chain
