Bangalore based HR Consulting firm providing recruitment solutions for IT and Non-It segment. We are since 8 years in the Recruitment Industry. Our team is capable to handle end to end requirement of organizations from multiple industries. Our Client have PAN India client base as well.
The company was founded in 1989 and continues to be a family business. We are a manufacturer of technically advanced equipment for the HVAC industry. We use innovative technologies in the areas of design research, production and logistics. We offer highly standardized air conditioning, ventilation and heating devices.
The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Lead Procurement department in handling day-to-day operations.
- Streamline Procurement activities and create a positive working environment, where employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to perform at their best.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes, policies, and procedures that align with business objectives.
- Crafting negotiation strategies and closing deals with optimal terms.
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
- Sourcing and vendor management.
- Mentor and guide the support departments.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
Qualification: B.E Mechanical is a must.
- Candidates should be from Manufacturing Background.
- Willing to work from the Office.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Candidates must have experience in import and export.
- Knowledge on finalizing freight for export.
Relevant Experience : 5+ Years in Manufacturing Industry
Qualification : B.E in Mechanical
