Manager - Purchase & Planning - FMCD (10-18 yrs)
Looking for B.E. with desired Experience of 8 to 10 years in Direct Purchasing and Sourcing and Vendor Development
- Basically Responsible for Direct Purchasing for Raw Materials and Packing Materials
- Hands on with SAP Experience
- Thorough in Direct Materials Sourcing and Responsible for In Direct purchasing as well as Contracts and Work Orders for various Types of Services
- Planning experience
- Should have experience for Global Sourcing
- Knowledge for procurement and dealing with the Import Vendors
- Should be instrumental in making robust systems and following the same and face regular Audits
- Has to be methodical and transparent in approach and Flexible to Change also
- Has to have a good command over English and more than average on communication skills
- Ready to take on the bigger Role and Responsibility in the Organization over a Period of Time
- Has to be a People Oriented Person as well as Sensitive to Last Moment demands of Internal Customers
- Has to have a Global Exposure and Ensure no Material Shortages for Uninterrupted Production at Plant
