Product - Coated Fabric

Qualification-BE / B.Tech (Chemical/Polymer Tech/Textiles/Rubber Tech)

Experience-Min- 7 Years

Age- Not more than 40 Years

Responsibility-

1. Develop QC Process Charts in all areas

2. Improve statistical interpretations in all analysis

3. Establish Measurement uncertainties

4. Establish Inter lab correlation with customers

5. Ensure upstream QA in new projects and products

6. Establish Commercial services quality

7. Create systems for Relationship quality

8. Establish systems for vendor quality

9. Establish systems for Deliveries

10. Establish and maintain change controls

11. Integrate management systems

12. Ensure compliances of all QMS

Decision making Boundaries

- To approve specifications.

- To approve product and process trials.

- To approve incoming raw materials and outgoing products.

- Decide on exception clearance of incoming and outgoing products after consultation with vendor or customer.

- Compliance to training needs and performance evaluation

- Disposal of non-conforming materials (incoming/in process and final products)

- Selection of inspection/test equipment

- Deployment of people in QA

- Audit schedules and frequencies

- Facilitation methodology and schedules

- Vendor audit schedules

- Stoppage of incapable processes

- Review and alterations of quality plans
