Job Description :

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for Quality Control and Process Control of Casting manufacturing.

Managing the Outgoing Quality to the customer's specification

Assuring process controls and day to day quality plans

Up keeping of Laboratory & Standard Room

Arrangement & allocation of work-force

Reporting Structure:

Reporting to: Plant Head /Director - Technical Position reporting into this role: Quality/ process Engineers, Supervisors, Lab In-charge

Required skills:

Expertise in measuring tools/ foundry defects & analysis / System Documentation

Soft skills like Leadership, Communication in English, PPT Presentation

Day-to-day communication on email

Key Result Areas Internal : Managing the Internal Rejection Level below the accepted target To curtail rework of the material Retention and allocation of appropriate workforce Custodian of System documents Curtail the inter-departmental issues Monthly Review of QC department. Identifying the skill requirement and providing the on-job training. Up-keeping of QC Areas Maintain the through put time External : Managing the External Rejection Level below the accepted target Visit the vendors and suppliers for guiding them on enhancement of quality and quantity levels To handle the Customer Complaints

Job Description: This job requires thorough knowledge of Quality Control process To handle the material management To get actions implemented through the quality tools

Qualification : B.Tech In Mechanical Engineering be mechanical

DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL Engineering
