Manager - Quality Assurance (10-15 yrs)
This position is responsible for Supplier Quality, Inward Quality, Customer (Export & Domestic) Quality, NPD, Standard Room, Improvement Projects & Other Priority Projects .
Responsibility Areas :
- Coordinating for timely response on supplier quality related concerns (Exports & Domestic)
- Monitoring customer PPM and scorecard and making action plans for effective resolution and closure of issues
- Communicating with customer and heading implementation of customer specific requirements
- Monitoring and reviewing improvement projects and initiating projects for COPQ reduction
- Monitoring and assisting in resolution of critical/chronic complaints or issues and supplier complaints as well
- Review and monitor progress for Standard Room activities,NPD & Caliberation
- Maintaining quality management standards through out the plant and ensure compliance
- Approving PPAP after review of documents prepared for ensuring Quality ofcomponents
- Controlling gauge procurement for New Product Development & regular products
- Controlling CMM for complete Quality Adherence
- Managing the overall development of team members through effective & need base training & controlling
- Controlling all Quality Assurance activities of New Product Development of Export components
