Manager - Quality Assurance - Electrical Equipment Manufacturer (13-19 yrs)

- As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the quality management system to ensure the highest level of product/service quality and customer satisfaction.
What you will do :
- Monthly CC Compaints - LV & MV - Analysis
- RCA for CC Complaints - LV & MV - with Design, Mfg, Mech Dsgn, QC
- Monthly LV & MV CI NCR Analysis
- RCA for LV & MV CI NCRs - with Design, Mfg, Mech Dsgn, QC
- Training & Communication for RCA - Staff + TA
- Monthly meeting with stake holders + all accountable teams for RCA & CAPA - Review
- In-process quality validation to ensure its as per QAP for Top 10 Customers Dispatches to be done
- Continuously updating the stage wise QC process checklist in SAP based on CC & CI complaints
- Ensuring implementation and timely audit of IMS & Recertification of all 3 ISOs
- Ensuring Barcoding of SE Switchgear panels is done before CI
- Reduction of Warranty complaints due to manufacturing defects
- Reduction in CI Points
- Zero repeatition of CI points
- B & C class items
- In Process inspection In Excel instead of SAP
- Stage wise NCR
- Simulation Testing
What you need to have :
- B.tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
