Looking for a smart individual who will oversee the overall quality aspects of the company. The candidate will ensure that all external and internal quality requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. An excellent Quality Assurance Manager has eyes like a hawk and solid experience in inspecting procedures, outputs and identifying mistakes.

Responsibilities :

1. Establish quality assurance procedures :

- Review current standards and policies

- Research and establish quality assurance procedures and methodologies across the company

- Implement a strategic quality assurance system for sustaining continuous improvements
 

- Determine an evaluation system for team performance like: meeting targets, delivering expected performance levels, and maintaining overall workflow throughout the production cycle

- Ensure that a quality mindset is reflected throughout the company via QC mechanisms

2. Quality Control :

- Monitor all operations that affect quality

- Supervise and guide production team, technicians and other staff

- Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking stage wise & final output

- Direct and coordinate with quality control team, instruct on new or revised procedures and systems and providing oversight during the QA process

- Review vendors QA/QC systems in accordance with contractual requirements on regular basis

- Ensure the manufacturing and trading processes comply with pre-set standards

- Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections

3. Engineering Efficiency :

- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate for quality testing as per structured plans

- Review quality specifications and technical design documents for better performance

- Appraise customers- requirements and make sure they are satisfied

- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analysing quality data

4. Audit & Documentation :

- Plan, lead & conduct internal quality audit, product audit, process audit

- Prepare, control and update quality documentation for a recognized standard (BSCI/ISO)

- Conduct quarterly reviews of all activities and compile a quarterly report including recommendations for quality improvement

- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
