Manager - Quality Assurance - Plastic Manufacturing (5-15 yrs)
Job Description of QA Manager :
- Verify current documents of group plants like sampling plan Quality reports, standard procedures, policy for improvement and continuous monitoring.
- Implementation of TSW Gear-11 at all plants.
- Ensure implementation of QA practices to support QC function and reduction in customer complaints and wastage.
- Training on use of 7 quality tools for team and practical implementation for data analysis.
- Monitoring, analyzing quality data and sharing with plants for corrective actions for improvement.
- Support plant for customer audit like Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Co, TBL, Unilever, Heineken and ensure customers standard requirements fulfilled.
- Assist plant in QMS, FSSC standard requirement and audits.
- Do periodic audits of plant for improvement and follow up corrective action.
- Monitor customer complaint data and ensure RCA and CAPA implementation with quality tools
- Help plant QAM for RCA and CAPA in process nonconformities.
- Support Plant QAM to Standardize process parameters with mold machine and product.
- Support Plant team for new trails.
Candidate Profile :
- Candidate should have experience in Quality Assurance of Household plastics.
- Degree/Diploma in plastics technology would be considered.
