QA & QC Manager - Exp Must be in HVAC / Automobile @ Navi Mumbai

- One of our client leading in Top Customized Coli Manufacturing Ind is looking for QA & QC Manager @ Navi Mumbai

Job overview: As a QA & QC Manager you will be responsible for Direct & Guide development & implementation QA & QC activities to manage product & process quality while minimizing Cost of Quality / non-conformance, to monitor, track Process efficiency.

Job Responsibilities;

1. Product and Process Quality, Conduct Internal Quality Audits within & across group. Products & System Audits.

2. Implement Six Sigma Methodology, Tools / Techniques like COPQ, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 7 QC Tools, Vendor Development Process, ISO 1900 : 2015

3. Continual Improvement: Analysis of Vendor Quality issues & coordinating corrective / preventive measures.

4. Interaction with New Product Development Process & Manufacturing Engineering Department for technical improvement in process.

5. Contribute by effective participation for initiatives like PPM reduction, Drive & implement Seven QC tools, implement Kaizen & poka yoke, Continual Improvement Projects.

6. Handling Overseas customer Complains

Job Qualification:

1. Qualification: B E Mechanical /Production/ Post Graduate Degree in operations.

2. Certifications: Kaizen, Six sigma, ISO 9001-2015, 14K and 45k

3. Experience : 15 years.

4. Good communication
