Manager - Quality Control - Auto/Auto Ancillary (10-20 yrs)
Skills and Qualifications :
- Auditing of Quality system for: ISO 9001-2000, ISO/TS 16949:2002
- Should have the ability to implement Quality Control System at organization level from scratch and also for vendors, in-house and out-house quality
- End-to-end responsibility and ownership to establish Quality system and process in the company
- Ensure products are compliance to legal standards and meets customer expectations
- Establish reputation of the company among customers as a premium quality brand
- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- Devise and review specifications for products or processes
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
- Approve the right products or reject defectives
- Submit detailed reports and analysis
- Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
Education : BE in Mechanical Engineering;
Preferred : Masters in Mechanical Engineering
Experience :
- 10 to 20 years of relevant experience in Quality Department
- Proven experience as a Quality Professional
- Certification of Quality Control is a strong advantage
