Job Title: Manager - QC

Reports to: All India QC Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Quality Manager is responsible for monitoring and evaluating internal production processes, examining Products to determine their quality and engaging with customers and among other duties.

- The position requires ability to interface with all levels of management.

Job Duties:

- To ensure corporate and regional procedures are followed.

- To ensure data entry in the system is as per procedures and accurate

- To monitor quarantine stock, prepare QMR report

- Supervision of activities in shop floor to ensure quality parameters are met

- Generating and creating reports as per corporate, Regional and local procedures.

- Understanding customer expectations and needs from a product.

- Developing quality control processes.

- Designing product specifications.

- To follow standard codes along with legal standards and safety standards.

- Supervising staff and monitoring production standards. Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met.

- Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production.

- Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes.

- Evaluating final output of products to determine their quality.

- Rejecting products that fail quality standards.

- Producing statistical reports on quality standards.

- Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues.

- Evaluating product complaints.

- Improving production efficiency and managing waste.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Graduate or associate's with experience in the field.

- Technical proficiency must be able to use computers and generate reports.

- Ability to analyse data and create and review processes.

- Excellent communication skills.

- A desire to help others achieve their best.

- Willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions and metrics.

- Experience in Construction/Chemical Manufacturing Industry is strong preferred.
