Manager - Quality - FMCG (10-18 yrs)

- Successfully Led through the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS ISO 18001:2007certifications with Zero NC.

- Lead & control the Quality team for incoming, in process, final Quality, Process audit, Customer support.

- Overall responsibility of QA function as MR, manage documentation related to QMS guidelines,

- Ensuring Implementation of Policies, Procedures, Manual as per system and records are maintained.

- Ensuring Quality Manual, procedure, work instructions are followed and changes are done as per system.

- Manage and maintain the company's internal quality audit program for Audits - internal and external.

- Ensuring PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, FMEA, SPC, 8D, VOC, Quality Alerts are maintained.

- Lead the daily meeting for right & effective decision & timely disposal of all suspect material hold at various Quality stages. Report on timely basis to top management through MIS.

- Effectively interact with Production, Marketing and new product development teams to help introduce new products and Provide In house trainings. (5S, Kaizen, 7qc tools etc)

- Process Institutionalization- Conduct verification audits to identify gaps (NCs) in compliance to QMS and follow up on closure reports in order to ensure compliance and process implementation.

- Process Improvement- Act as a point of contact for issue resolution, for escalation of all Quality related issues in order to ensure process risks are continuously mitigated and improved.

Experience Required :

- Proven working experience as a Quality Manager with 10-15 years of experience in FMCG

- Green Belt Certification in Six Sigma in quality

- Trainings on TPM, Risk Analysis, Quality Cost.

- Must have thorough knowledge of customer requirements

- Working knowledge of Process (blow moulding, machining, assembly, test, tooling), Product and Application

- Good problem solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Computer skills, Excel, word and Power Point

- Ability to collect, maintain and analyse data

- Strong leadership capabilities

- Analyitcal

- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers

- Adoptability

Educational Qualifications: Engineering background with MBA preferred
