Manager - Quality Systems & Compliance (5-15 yrs)
JOB SUMMARY :
The role reports to Head - Quality Assurance and is responsible for implementation of Quality Systems, Affiliate Quality Assurance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Implementation of Quality Systems in Affiliate Quality and Commercial organization
- Prepare internal audit plan and carryout out internal audits
- Conduct Management Review Meetings
- Conduct Quality Systems training and other compliance trainings
- Implement Good Documentation Practices and drive compliance
- Coordinate Risk assessments and change control procedures
- Ensure no critical non-conformances in external audits
- Coordinate regulatory visits and audits
- Implement systems for Quality Metrics and drive improvements for the same
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- MSc in Chemistry/Microbiology/Food Technology/Dairy Technology
- Min. 7-10 years Experience in implementation of Quality Systems
- Experience in handling regulatory and external audits
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Certification in ISO, FSSC 22000, Quality Systems
