JD for Manager (R&D- Embedded & IOT):

Experience : 6 to 8 years.

- Should have Hands-on Experience and Good Knowledge in Firmware Development for Embedded Real Time Systems.

- Should have Good Knowledge and Understanding of Embedded software design and Debugging Techniques.

- Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills.

- Good Understanding of Processor Architecture, Peripherals and Experience in Multiple Microprocessors/Microcontrollers and Hardware design concepts etc.,

- Should have Good Knowledge in RTOS concepts and Experience in RTOSs Like Vx- Works, Free-RTOS etc.,

- Should have knowledge and experience in Linux kernel and Drivers.

- Should Posses good knowledge and experience in various Networking Protocols like TCP/IP, Ethernet, I2C, PCI, SPI, SONET, wireless etc.,

- Should have good experience in using various embedded development tools/ hardware Debuggers, ICE, JTAG etc.,

- Should have good experience in using Hardware development tools/equipment like, DSOs, Spectrum/ Logic Analysers, Power Meters, Network Analysers etc.,

- Should have in-depth knowledge in Software Languages/ OSs like C, C++, Linux Device Drivers, Assembly Language Programming for various Processors, Device Driver programming for various Operating Systems etc.,

- Should have good knowledge and experience in IOT Domain/ IOT Technologies.

- Should have good knowledge and experience in various Low Power RF Wireless Technologies / Protocols like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, RF, GSM, GPRS, etc.,

- Should have knowledge about various types of sensors used in IIOT like, Temp, Pressure, Humidity, PID, Gesture, Motion Detectors, Proximity sensors etc.,

Managerial :

- Should have experience in Managing multiple Projects and Multiple Teams simultaneously.

- Should have Proven track record in managing people in Software/ Embedded Firmware development.

- Should have experience and knowledge in Effort Estimation Process for Development & Testing.

- Experience in dealing with Customer Technical Teams.

Experience : 6-8 yrs

Qualification : ME /M Tech / MS in Computer Engineering / Electronics / Embedded or in any Related Field.
