Key Result Areas:

- Working as part of the ICEC Team to develop new recipes and Products.

- Analyzing and approving the machinability and packaging format of new product ideas and work with the teams to select, test and approve machines and other equipment for the plant.

- Cost Calculation of proposed products to check if they meet the client's or companies price requirements.

- Training and Development of Teams at the plant and the ICEC on New Product process, BOM's and SOP- s

- Validating SPC data along with the compliance officer for development of specification sheets

- Reworking the BOM's to make the commercials economically viable for Bakers Circle and Client

- Working in Liaison with the ICEC Team to Develop New Product, Match the product with Equipment and plant production capabilities, work out BOM and commercial's and translate the same.

- Reworking existing and new ingredients with focus on increasing - Yield, Shelf life and Product Quality.

- Development and Approval of New Vendors - Sourcing Ingredients and Backup/ Secondary Suppliers for all ingredients in accordance with the Vendor Development and Auditing System.

- Scaling up of recipes & products finalized in the R & D on the production floor.

- Development of BOM & SOP of a new product and distributing it among the concerned departments

- Incorporating recipe and process related changes, if any, in the BOM & SOP of an existing product and distributing it among the concerned departments.

- Analyzing and resolving recipe or process related issues on the production floor or at the store level.

- Supervising the first production run of all new products to confirm that they meet the required specifications in terms of built, weight, dimensions and sensory parameters.

- Additional Responsibility - ordering ingredients for the ICEC, establishing Stock levels and reordering patterns for Food and Packaging material, Preventive Maintenance Schedules for all machines at the ICEC, Maintenance of all machine catalogues, Recipes and BOM's (for NPD)

- Experience in R&D/NPD of Bakery products manufacturing company

- Strong customer service focus

- Ready to travel frequently mainly to Kashipur & Dubai
