Job Description :
- To establish system for asset management and maintenance.
- Development and implementation of preventive, predictive and condition based maintenance for static and rotary equipment.
- Analysis of failure and corrective maintenance.
- Monitoring and maintaining optimum inventory.
- Maintaining and tracking the standardization of equipment.
- Quality Inspection (NDT), testing of pressure vessels, rotating equipment etc.
- Proactive thinking and close coordination with process and CTG to arrive on frequency and method is necessity.
- Thorough understanding on Job Safety Analysis, Work Place Risk
- Assessment, FMEA, why-why analysis.

- Development of maintenance strategy and asset upkeep system
- Developing equipment wise maintenance system and its records. Nos of equipment covered in NDT Implementation of the NDT by Co-ordination with maintenance and operation
- Increasing equipment availability
- Analysis of repeated breakdowns and corrective action in coordination with all concerned
- Complete NDT schedule and its implementation
- Suggest modified equipment design to make the equipment more reliable
The incumbent takes decision in day today activities like follow up of PM, PdM, breakdowns data
1. Maintenance of Chemical Plant; 2. Exposure to preventive maintenance, reliability; 3. Inventory management
Sound technical knowledge of mechanical equipment used in chemical industries.
