Manager/Senior Manager/AGM - Design - Construction (8-20 yrs)
Resolves issues related to site, compliance etc., with Design Consultant, DFCC & other authorities. Ensures timely availability of all design drawing from Design Consultant for uninterrupted construction activity.
Checking for constructability, preparation of progress report, checking for COS related issues and accordingly inform concern department for taking necessary action. Inform HO & Design Consultant constraints of material availability, space availability to ensure design are attended accordingly.
Knowledge of design software (ACAD, Mx-Rail and Staad pro. Etc.).
Ensures day to day monitoring of drawings submission by design consultant as per TOR
Site visits, resolving site issues, coordination with site team, client and consultants. Identifying COS (Change of scope).
Ensures maintaining record of incoming/outgoing design and drawings documents from design consultants /HO/site.
Getting no objection certificate from agencies like PWD, NHAI,IR, Irrigation Dept. etc.
Qualification : B.E. (Civil) is a must
This is a contract position. Duration of the contract will be of 2.6 years. In case at the end of contract, GMR has a vacancy at their Delhi office, the candidate will be absorbed there.
