Manager/Senior Manager/AVP - Production (10-25 yrs)
- Experience in medium and large sized companies in India
- Experience in production and maintenance
- Manufacturing experience of industrial products, heavy machinery and equipments.
- Ensure Quality and cost
- Actively involved in the improvement of processes to improve productivity
- Managing a headcount of 200
- Exposure in ERP - SAP/Oracle/BAAN
- Knowledge of ISO 9000/ 14000
- Exposure to 5S/ Lean/ 6 Sigma
- Ensure safety in the plant
- Team mentoring
- Should have good planning, organizing and controlling skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Managing IR issues and conflict management
- A good leader and a team player
