Manager/Senior Manager - Civil Contracts (10-22 yrs)
- Candidate would be responsible for end to end civil contracts like, cement, steel, marble, granite, window, finishing materials, interior products etc.
- PROCUREMENT STRATEGY, AWARDING CONTRACT, CONTRACT TRACKING & RECONCILIATION, RATE ANALYSIS, PAYMENT PROCESSING & TRACKING.
- Preparing budgetary estimates, Vendor Prequalification, tender & RFP preparation
- Tender floating, evaluating bids received, tender meetings, tender comparatives.
- Contract managements, dispute resolution, cost tracking, cost analysis.
- Planning, Manage project budget.
- Processing Amendments of variations in original Contract.
- Preparation of rates for extra Items submitted by the contractor for Permanent works.
- Developing new vendors & look out registration process.
- Preparation of MIS & reporting sheets .
