Manager/Senior Manager - Civil Site Projects (12-17 yrs)
- Preparation of Budget, Tender Documents, Specifications for Items, Bill of Quantities and Estimates, Floating Tender etc.
- Co ordination with Consultants, Contractors and End User.
- Supervision of Project from Green field to Completion, Certification of contractor, consultants bills.
- Monitoring the Projects by Cost, Quality and Timelines. Implementation of Safety Systems / Procedure at Site.
- Vide Experience in Execution, Supervision of Industrial Projects viz Automobile Industry, Cement Plant, Power Plants, Textile Industry, and Heavy Manufacturing Projects & Machine Foundations Analyzing the Structural design, drawings & stability of structure.
- Office Interiors and Landscape Maintenance of Industrial Estates/Plants. Project & Plant Statutory Compliance Actively Participation in CSR Projects
