Manager/Senior Manager - Design (10-14 yrs)
Our Client a leader in farming equipment's is seeking a Manager Mechanical Design (off highway i.e. earth moving, construction, agriculture machinery) manufacturing industry
Senior Manager/Manager - Design.
- Mechanical engineer with minimum experience of 12-14 years
- Preferably having experience in vehicle (off highway i.e. earth moving, construction, agriculture machinery) manufacturing industry.
- Sound Knowledge related to design related to fabricated, casting, forging, machined components, sub assly & assemblies.
- Software knowledge related to design (e.g. Pro E, Creo, MSC, etc.)
- Implementation of change management derived through improvement, quality concern, warranty claims etc.
- Ability to lead & guide design team working for new and existing products.
- Co-ordination with Mfg, QA, SCM team to meet KPI's related to QCD parameters.
- BOM, Routing of final product (agriculture self-propelled)
- Analytical skills towards improvements/ implementation of design changes at optimum cost with minimum lead time & cost.
- Background of manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Your must be ready to sign a 3 Years bond that you will stay in the company.
