Manager/Senior Manager - Interior Design (8-10 yrs)
It will be an added advantage if the incumbent is qualified in architecture / interiors or done an advance course in fitout management/construction project management.
Job Description :
- Experience in fitouts designing of commercial buildings / office space and execution for 15,000 square feet atleast including modular furniture.
- Open to travel (Extensive Travel involved to Project Sites)
- Manage client, interiors fit-out projects, design, procurement, construction & close out.
- Identifying and short-listing contractors.
- Identifying any approvals from local authorities
- Coordinating with architects, turnkey contractors, MEP specialists, etc.
- Responsible for budgeting and overseeing execution of budget on time
