Manager/Senior Manager - Laptop Repair Operations (5-8 yrs)
- Creating and continuously evolving the organization.
- Laptop repair Strategy to maximize customer delight and value added to the organization
- Screening, selection and appointment of Service partners across India for Laptop
- Drive cost optimization in repair operations to industry best in class levels
- Evaluation and driving the performance of the service centers through repair operations
- Drive Service KPIs & audit Service centers as per defined frequency and basis specific triggers
- Preferred Partner tie ups and managing OEM/brand relationships
Experience Required :
(Minimum relevant or equivalent industry experience required

- 6 to 10 years of experience with experience of handling a national repair operations role. Preferably from Laptop industry
Academia :
