- Have knowledge of Gold mineralogy and the process options based on mineralogy
- Must have hands-on experience in operations related to Gold and Silver processing
- Having knowledge of sizing calculations/equipment selection methodology
- Knowledge of process development (through lab./bench scale studies) will be an added advantage.
