Manager/Senior Manager - Product Development (8-12 yrs)
A leading fertilizer company is looking for :
Designation - Manager /Sr. Manager - Product Development
Exp. - 8+ yrs' of exp. in Product development, Conducting field trial, Registration
Qualification - MSc. Agri /related specialization or Ph.D in Entomology/ pathology
Location - Hyderabad
Mandate - Product development, Conducting field trial, Registration
Required Skills :
- The person should have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the crop, Pests, Diseases, weeds etc.
- Knowledge on undertaking a field trial using different statistical methods.
- Basic knowledge of evaluating a problem and the methods used.
Job Profile :
- Provide innovative Idea on new product development
- Undertake scientific field trials with new Molecules / new combination products.
- Generate data on various aspects of the new molecules from field on different crops.
- Provide decisive conclusions on the development of molecules for further development.
- Generate field data on Innovate new combination products / new formulations
- Undertake field trials for existing products in new crop pest segments.
- Develop and maintain constant and regular interaction with the farmers
- Develop and maintain good relationship with key scientists for update on latest developments on Agrochemical research.
- Provide technical training to the Sales/ marketing/Development team on new products.
- Technical Support to Sales and Marketing and guide the sales team & marketing team with New product information
