Nature of experience: Should have been leading a team, handling Production function independently. Strongly championing EHS, WCM and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities :
- Overall responsibility for production with very high emphasis on 5S, EHS, Quality & efficiency.
- Responsible for implementing strong dynamic planning process to optimize material yield, cost of operations while ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Implement industry 4.0
- Engage unionized work-force to ensure high motivation & skill level.
- Ensuring successful implementation of projects and working towards WCM.
- Compliance to Systems & Statutory requirements.
- Leading Cross Functional Teams for improvement projects
