We have a career opportunity as Manager / Sr.Manager R&D at Palghar with a leading chemical company.
About Company :
Our client produces chemical substances to improve the shelf life of food and other products, aroma compounds, and performance chemicals.
Qualification :
- M.Sc Organic Chemistry
- Ph.D Chemistry
- Candidates from ICT / UDCT can apply
- Experience in Lipid oxidation, antioxidants, development of aroma ingredients.
Job Description :
- Development of new products and processes optimization.
- Literature search and identification of suitable route (New route scouting).
- Define R&D programs and set priorities according to organizations strategic goals.
- Literature survey, process development and scale up of new products ( antioxidants, drug intermediates, agro-chemicals & fine chemicals.).
- Involve in pilot scale trials. Lead, train and motivate team members.
- Co-ordinate with various departments including Production, QA-QC, Purchase, etc.
- Ensure safety in R&D.
