Manager/Senior Manager - Supply Chain Management - Green Energy (7-10 yrs)
Specific Responsibilities.
Warehouse Management :
1) Manage and train at least 8-10 Warehouse in Charges who will be placed at each Stock Point.
2) Develop and implement clear policies and procedures at all Stock Points including safety, quality, stocking, and use of software for tracking.
3) Develop rigid receiving and dispatching policies.
4) Ensuring each Warehouse is organized, clean, and all components are stacked according to policy.
Inventory Control :
1) Ensure that all incoming stock gets tracked accurately in the software system in all Warehouse and Stock Points throughout.
2) Manage dispatches accurately ensuring clear policies, procedures, and tracking.
He should be able to control stocks through books and through physical verification.
He should have a strong focus on developing systems and controls is a basic and non-negotiable trait.
Qualifications :
- Seasoned professional with 7-9 years of experience in Procurement, Warehouse and Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, and power systems, energy, renewable energy, or related field
- Bachelors- Degree in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineer; Masters- preferred
- Experience working with & knowledge about batteries, solar systems, and Solar + A/C systems.
- Excellent team leader with excellent communication, facilitation skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Demonstrated strong strategic & analytical thinking
- Experience in Lean Start- Up experiments, rapid prototyping
- Proficient in Hindi & English
- Preferred but not required: Previous experience in rural operations with rural customers
