Manager/Senior Structural Engineer

Role & responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the structural engineering team, providing technical guidance and mentoring junior engineers.

- Perform structural analysis and design for projects in the oil & gas, infrastructure, industrial, and power plants sectors.

- Develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for complex engineering challenges.

- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity and compliance with design standards.

- Stay up-to-date with industry codes, standards, and best practices

Preferred candidate profile :

- We are looking for a candidate who has strong fundamental skills in structural analysis and design. A suitable candidate

Should have :

- B.E/B.tech or M.E/MTech in Civil Engineering or related fields focused on structural engineering with good academic record.

- Minimum 9 years of experience as a Structural Engineer, with a focus on steel and RCC design in the specified sectors (oil & gas, infrastructure, industrial, power plants, etc.).

- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD. Pro, or similar tools.

- Solid knowledge of relevant design codes and standards (e.g., Indian Codes, AISC, ACI, ASCE, API, etc.).

- Proven expertise in managing and delivering large-scale projects within budget and schedule constraints.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

- Prior experience working on international projects will be an added advantage.

- Communicate ideas and thoughts to colleagues and clients of all levels.
