As a Manager, establish a mechanism for effectively evaluating the user transactions to determine if the process is compliant with relevant defined quality standards and identifying ways to eliminate unsatisfactory results; facilitating continual improvement in the quality of the service.
Key Success measures:
- Establish a Standard Process for driving Quality at all levels
- Improvement Project ( involving training /Operations/CSO/3rd party )
- Establish Proactive measure to control defects
- Visibility - Reports /EWS/ TNA(Training Need analysis)
- Establish Program Health Card
- End expected Outcome -Improve the SLA and reduce Errors
Key Skillsets:
- The Person should be Post graduate in Mgmt in Ops & Quality. She should been in leadership level and should be experienced in driving Change; Understanding of the DAMCO Operation Services
